  • New guy from SF bay area

Hi everybody I am from Vallejo Ca and my name is Mike.
I have a 93 Z/28 A4 car that is mostly stock other than the muffler and Hotchkiss rear suspension stuff and I drive it every day and it is pushing 255K on the odometer.
I do have another car for parts its a 97 T/A with a good running LT1 and a T56 that I plan on putting in mine.
Look forward to talking to everybody out here and have a great weekend.
If you don't stand behind our military then feel free to stand in front of them.

Thanks to everybody for the warm welcome. The story on the car is that my neighbor gave it to me and here is how it happened. The cars original owner who was my neighbors mom passed away and then my neighbor got it, they drove it for years until it had 250k on it and they were afraid to keep driving it because they just knew it was gonna blow up or something.
I kept seeing the car just sitting there and said "hey if you ever wanna sell it for $50.00 let me know" and she asked me that if I had it would I fix it up and I said yes so she gave it to me because she didnt want to see it die.
The car as it sits has just shy of 255K now and I am finally moving on taking the engine out of my 97T/A parts car for it so soon it will have a 125k LT1 and a T56 in it.
I plan on building a 383 out of the original engine later on, I got it registered in a county that does not do smog so I dont have to worry about that anymore because it only passed by 1 part per million last time.
I have added seats, stereo,Hotchkis lower control arms and adjustable panhard rod to it as well as a Magnaflow muffler but other than that its bone stock.
Also I will tell my son what you said and thank you for being so kind USCG9991 (Alex) my son is an awesome person and I think he represents the very best of our society and our military in general too and thank you for your service too.

LOL! Larry you beat me over here by a day. I would have joined up sooner but I thought the site was down for good and Brian was concentrating on LTXtech.
