I just looked at the Used vehicle information package that we can get in Ontario and it looks like there was no record of ownership until the 3rd of July 97. That's when it got registered to Jefferson Chevrolet.
And in February of 99 it got transferred over to the dealer here in Canada(Dan Kane) I'm pretty sure the owner i got it from (Scott Turner) had Dan Kane do the paper work to purchase the car.
Brian you said the dealership is still around, So maybe i'll call them if they have a 1-800 number.
or driving over to the dealership would be more fun.

If it's Jefferson Chevrolet they're right on Jefferson Road just north of the Ren Cen - I drive by it every day on my way home from work.
