Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!
If you have any problems with the registration process or your account login, please contact us!

Fantastic! I really didn't think there would be so many west siders. Very cool. Good to "virtually" bump in to all of you. I'm sure you'll see me around. It's a shame I was a month too late finding this site. I would have loved to make it over to the annual meet and greet. That's exactly the kind of thing I want to start doing. Forgive me, however, if I show up with a car seat wedged into the back seat of my Camaro. ha.
My car is not nearly as tricked out as some I've seen. Mechanically is pretty much stock under the hood. Back 10 or so years ago I installed a whisper lid when I threw the SS hood and spoiler on it. I also at that time installed an SLP dual/dual exhaust with an Eibach pro-kit spring set. I hated the way the 1" drop looked on the car with stock wheels. So they came off the next day.
Fast forward to 2011 and I finally broke into the piggy bank and decided to do wheels, springs and a new (louder) exhaust. Currently the car has several BMR goodies in the rear along with a 1" drop all around via Hotchkis springs. I also replaced the SLP exhaust this year with a GMMG/Madhammer cat-back.
I'm very pleased with the end result. Now I just want to drive it! I've been averaging 400-500 miles per year for the past 5+. That ends this year. Time to stretch her legs a little.
Great to be here and you guys will see me at some events at some point. I want to see more cars!
I'm actually just a touch north of Grand Rapids in Rockford. I'll be keeping my eyes open for chances to meet up with some of you folks. I have to believe several of you will be out for the Metro Cruise next month???

Ohhh GVSU...a fine, fine place to visit. I spent many a weekend at Grand Valley not too many years ago. I went to school in Flint and decided very quickly that the social life in that city was not exactly "great". GVSU on the other hand is a hot bed of all things important to a young man...
