C'mon Darren.. you know i dont keep too quiet about my set up. if i didnt then i wouldnt share anything about it. something yes are kept quiet until it done.. but ive shared plenty about it

sooo stock 305 huh.. got pics of it?

That will take some searching. I still keep the car up in Birch Run, and when I get up there it seems like I never get around to taking too many pics.

I have to get around to checking your car out sometime. I have admired it for a few years on BCR and still have never actually seen it in person. I plan on getting mine repainted this spring, I want to change the color to the newer GTA style dark red.

          that will look sweet.
yeah I'll be at the meet and greet. If you want to stop out.
Word of advice, take your ground effects off, clean and inspect your car. I had a small rust hole under the drivers side rear ground effect. About the size of a quarter.
I cut it out and welded a patch in it.
Then I would paint under your ground effects, then install your ground effects back on and paint your complete car.
Mine being a candy color, we painted the ground effects 1 night then the car the next. Same # of coats. It didn't match. So we had to repaint the whole car again with the ground effects installed. That's why it took me so long to get mine done.
I wouldn't wish that on anyone. Double the work, lol...but I love my car twice as much now.
Just a little heads up anyway.

Thanks for the tips. Doesnt your brother in law run a body shop or something like that? If so would he be willing to tackle my car?

Yeah he owns his own shop. I can ask. He doesn't like to do completes that often. He makes more $$ buying smashed cars and redoing them. He can kick out 4-5 cars a week doing that. Where a complete will tie up the shop for a couple weeks maybe.
Were expanding though, he just bought another place. So I know we will be doing a lot more.

Yeah thats kind of what I have been finding. Another problem that I am having is that I kind of want it done in a timely fashion, and most places want the car for a few months to work on it here and there when they dont have insurance work to do.

Yeah he makes a lot more money doing things like that, then doing completes. Specially if it's like a show quality.
