Easiest way to go. So you're just swapping rear ends? Sounds like it's a direct match, as long as you have the ability to adjust for possible gear differences (not sure what you were running before).

My brother and I got it pulled and put the new one in, took around 3 hours, letting it sit the night to let the gasket seal up, gotta bleed the brakes in the morning then it's off for a much needed cruise! Biggest pain was running the e-brake, lol had to remove the center console, but no biggie, lol now my brother says he gets to drive it, yeah right!

Getting that center console out is a PITA. I had to recline my seats all the way and turn the console completely sideways to get it off!! haha

the consoles slid right out, ????
push the spring lever down on the brake handle then pull it all the way up.
console shouldnt take more than 3 minutes to remove

It's not hard when you know what you're doing but the first time around always takes the longest. Good job on doing the swap in 3 hours though - that's not bad at all. When I swapped rear ends on my car it took 3 days! We had to cut through EVERY bolt holding the rear end in... and they're all hardened bolts...
