So i finished my engine, decided to not rear mount the turbo until after my cam and everything is broken in, plus i wanna drive it on the fifth. I put my new clutch on, lined it up with the tool, but the input shaft of my trans is refusing to go through the pilot bushing.... I can get the trans about an inch from the block and it just stops. What do i do? On the engine i removed from the car their was no pilot bushing on the crank... so do i need it? an does anyone have any tricks to get the input shaft in? I'm stumped. And i really want it driveable for this weekend! I greatly appreciate any help!!!!!!
