  • My dream has come true!

    hello all,

i recently acquired my first car, a 1995 6-speed Z28 camaro and i must say, its pretty freakin' awesome! i cant wait to show it off on woodward this summer.

seeing as im new to the whole "woodward thing", i was wondering if anyone knew of any places where i could go to meet up with some fellow f-body owners.

Just my honest opinion, dont even mess with the woodward cruise, at least not the cruisin' part unless you have somewhere to park. There are so many cars that its just a giant traffic jam and with a manual car (and I assume, stock clutch) all your going to do is turn your clutch into mush. The real time to go for the cruise itself is every night the week leading up to the cruise, but yeah other then that, auto europe on fridays like the guys mentioned.
The Chevy Camaro was built with a single purpose in mind which it executes flawlessly...Going very very fast in a straight line until your hair catches on fire.

We are talking about every weekend between now and the dream cruise. Normally we all hang out at Auto Euro 14 mile and woodward on friday nite. Some will pull out and cruise up and down then return. Great meeting place and loads of good folks there.
