Hello, I just purchased a 2001 Camaro SS with the SLP package. The previous owner didn't keep documentation in regards to upgrades or the SLP installed options. As far as I know, it has an upgraded cam, headers, exhaust, wheels (17 ZR1 SS), mats, intake, grill, suspensions and a few more items added on. I called SLP and they offer a "birth certificate" but that comes with a price. How do I identify exactly what SLP provided on the car? The stickers on the inside of the doors are faded and SLP wants cash.

If the codes are faded you may just have to pay. It will be good to have in case you ever want to sell it anyway. Welcome to the site. Sounds like a nice ride. -

Welcome to the site, Justin! There's quite a few people on here that are familiar with the SLP packages, but if the stickers are faded you might just have to pay the price to get the documentation. It'd be good to have, anyway, for provenance in the future. Congrats on the new car purchase, though, and let's see some pics!
