hello everyone.. my name is kyle just a couple months ago bought my first sports car, its a 1997 Trans Am LT1 6 speed... i Love the car! It has some minor bolt on's such as Passetter long tube headers, CenterForce Dual Friction clutch, 410 gears, Z06 rims, Pro 5.0 short throw shifter and a couple more things... but i just replaced the tranny mount and i put a auto zone one in it and i shouldnt have.. it broke within 2 days so i was wondering if you guys know a good strong tranny mount? thanks guys

nice to meet ya man.....yea i used to have a 94 formula and i probably went through about 6 or 7 trans mounts from autozone on that car. They had a lifetime warranty so i would just keep getting new ones when they broke and trust me i tried everything to make that puppy stronger and couldnt. I tried putting heavy duty zip ties around, stainless steel bandclamps, nothing worked! so i would take these guys advice and go with the poly mounts. Nice car too by the way.sigpic
