Anyone know exactly how many 2002 t/a ws6 triple black convertibles produced?

Dave (dj's WS6) did some research on this because he too owns a triple black '02; If I remember right he said he found that there were only 217 triple black WS6 convertible's built in 2002.

Rick, based on the research that I have done I there were 217 manual Black ws6 convertibles and 330 auto Black ws6 convertibles. The only thing I have not been able to find is how many of these came with the taupe top.
