ok, so here's the scoop on my firebird. she will fire up after doing the on/off thing. i noticed that the car will do the same thing hot or cold. i was told its probably the pump failing. would you guys agree?
she recently has had a tune up. I'm running ac delco spark plugs and accel wires. That opti-spark thing was also recently replaced. Other than that, she's stock with an exahust.
i'm from the downriver area, btw!

Welcome to the site. Good luck replacing the fuel pump, when I had my camaro that was one thing I was dreding to perform if it ever failed.

before changing out the fuel pump, check your fuel PSI first with a gauge and make sure the psi is not there. Don't want to see you dumping money at parts that are fine------------------------------------------
