As a fellow 85 IROC owner, it's great to see this car saved and properly brought back. The 82 hood liner you post is not correct for the IROC as the early Z's had functional air intakes in the hood. I will be bringing my mostly original 46K mile IROC to the M&G and hope to see if I can tell what is missing/wrong on my car although I have a TPI auto instead of a carbbed 5 speed.
