Hey guys, I have seen this site before and I finally decided to join. I have a 1986 Camaro IROC-Z 305 TPI Automatic T-Tops, I just did a little body work and repainted it last year. The speedometer doesnt work and I was hoping I could find out from someone on here what I would need to do to fix it.

        Very nice ride, Dan.

        Welcome and enjoy the site!

A common problem with non-working speedos is a busted cable, usually from the tranny to the cruise control, but it could be from the cruise control to the dash.

                              WOW. That car is SHARP.

Definitely sounds like a speedo cable. My speedo used to have issues in the extremely cold, it'd come loose...
