Hey my name's Austin and this fall i bought my first camaro, a 2000 z28. I took it to Milan 2 days after I got it and it ran a decent 13.23 @ 107.9 with a 2.11 60' time. Well as it got later and later in fall, started hearing a slight ticking noise. It got louder, so we decided to go ahead and pull the motor. Turns out one of the rod bearings was fried. So right now I'm in the process of a rebuild, and hope to have it together by the meet&greet, since it is in Milford, where I live! haha. I'm trying to convince my dad to come as well, he's got a 69 thats all pro-touring style. I'd love to go all out on my camaro, but it's 2nd in line to my 69 Nova ss396. So im just keeping it mild. I go to the College for Creative Studies in Detroit, and am studying Transportation Design. I love the site, and cant wait to see you all in may! If you have any questions, lemme know!
