  • New to Michigan

    Hey Guys!

My name is James, I recently moved to Ann Arbor from Maryland where I was a member of the Eastern Fbody Association. I've owned 6 4th gen fbodys since my first in 1997. I currently have a pretty stock 2001 SS that I purchased right before my move here. I look forward to meeting some of you soon!

    James

Honestly, I just liked getting new ones. My problem was, I would mod the mess out of each one, and loose my butt selling them. I finally dug myself out of quite a credit hole and was able to finally buy another one. I really miss my last one. It was an 02 SOM WS6 that ran 11.6 @121 in the 1/4. It was a cam only six speed car that was tuned just right. It was a pretty car, but it was the one that put me over the edge. I just broke at the track one too many times!

I'll try, but I have a company trip I have to take right around that same time.

I like the feel of this board so far. It reminds me of how the Easter Fbody Assoc. was back in the late 90's. I was one of the first 5 members to start that, and it was a lot of fun for a while, but now that there are so many members that would rather cause trouble than have fun, it's not like it use to be. I can't wait to get out and meet some of you, see your cars, and just hang out! Thanks for all the welcomes.

welcome. the car looks good in the sig! my name is matt. we're all pretty laid back and cool. no one get's in *****ing or argueing matches, cause most of us know eachother personally. so it's not just a faceless screenname behind each post. we do joke around a lot though!

only time things get shakey is when someones car get's messed with i think everyone knows what im talkin about lol..... take it easy and see ya around!
