95 to 98??? or just to 97? cause those are the LT1's.... 98 is the first year of LS1 cars. and if you go LS1, it's better to get a 2000+ because of the updated intake and slave cylinder. also, 98 had a different head style that you need to swap everything over if you do a head and/or cam swap. just a thought.... ang will chime in here...she's great at finding cars for sale!

Yeah 98s are bastard years for the LS1, but I'm good now that I have a new intake manifold, oil pump, swapped to 99+ style heads, and HPtuners just came out with a 2-bar system for tuning so I'm set.
