thanks man, our cams arent to far off I got a 233 238 .599,.601 lift custom grind thunder racing cam pretty close to a MS3 from what I remember. How do you like it??

Or a solid roller. Going to be fighting valve float like a mother with aggressive lobes and a hydraulic set up.

ooo ive looked into all of that It will be costly but I spoke with cam makers/engine builders/ tuners, and it is not as bad as i thought it will be from what i hear people that are making 500whp stock cubes spin to 72-7600 anyways on ls7 lifters

I can use stock crank but i doubt i will, just buy compstar rods and custom forged pistons for higher compression, along with the springs I am currently running the patriot extreme golds, ls7 lifters and a stud girdle, with a few other things to keep it safe it will work fine.

very close cams indeed sounds like it'll be a grat race, have you ever had your car to the track? I love my MS3 and I usually DD it around in the summer, yet it performs very well at the track with my setup.

I only took it once to lapeer wen my car was full boltons and had no traction i did a 12.9 at 116mph and a 2.2 60 foot.

but since I put my heads and cam on I have not gone back its a night and day difference tho I put my cam on 1st beat my buddys 03 cobra now hes swapping blowers so i jus threw my heads on last week and it made it huge difference. I am putting my car away soon but id like 2 come check your car out I am a NBM fan lol

well its under construction at the moment but if you don't mind turning a wrench I'll probably be working on it in the upcomming weeks and all throughout the winter and could always use a hand. I am looking for some more local guys to cruise and go to the track with always. I'll PM you next time I plan on working on the car and you can stop by.
