What peeps, my names Scott, im 23 and live in royal oak. ive got a 2001 z28 that ive spent about 10 g's and a gallon of blood on. need more power though, i figure with the bolt ons im prob in the realm of 320-330 rwhp on motor. ive done everything in the sig except the longtubes and true duals with my h-pipe go on this weekend, doing it myself. i just bought a mig welder and autodarkening mask. i also havent done my cam and heads yet. i have a lunati 224/224 .563/.563 on a 112 lsa with 4 advance ground in. comp 918s, titanium retainers, 1 piece push rods and so on. prob going with patriot ls6 heads cause im cheap. i was thinking about the gmpp ls6 heads, but then i found out the $900+ price tag was per head...come on, who buys one head? ive got a lot of tubular crap, a sweet ass stereo, and the best part about my car is...i did all the work myself including the nitrous, stereo, springs, shocks, pulleys, gauges, lid, and soon to be heads, cam, and headers w. true duals. i have a buncha friends with f-bods too. one has a 2001 black A4 z28, another has a 96 M-6 TA, the other has a 97 A4 Z vert. the 97 has a lot done too it, and it give me a run for my money since we did the gears, converter, and shift kit. however, he thinks hes faster, but hes gonna need more than that if he wants to hang with an ls1 car. the 97 has jet hots and true duals with no h or x pipe, and it sounds bad ass, cant wait to hear my ls1 roar. anyway, enough about me...

Thats a hurst t-handle man...classic. i like it, but its not very ergonomic for my hand. its hard to shift like a mofo and then get back on the button. im waiting for this new window switch to come out and then im going that route with the old stock hurst leather knob. i loved the stock knob, i could row through em like nobodies business, but no button. hurst has a new ball w a button, but i need to worry about shifyinh not buttons...Originally posted by 97rs4lifeseen a pic of your car in another post, sweet looking.
