new member. i currently own a 84 Transam Scca race car, which i raced last year at waterford hills and currently rent out. the race car i currently race is a 1989 pontiac transam Scca race car. both compete in the a-sedan race group. i bought the car new in 1988. i guess it was pretty rare. 89 with t-tops, 5 speed manual, ws6, 305 tpi engine, 16" wheels, steering wheel controls. since it has been sitting in my garage for the past 7 years and not driven i decided to take it racing. my 00 WS6 is one of the first released to the public, if not the first. i worked for the president of pontiac at the time and according to the factory manager, contraints regarding the wheels, and hurst shifter were lifted so my car could be built. it was delivered to hosler pontiac. it is also the first lingenfelter 383 conversioned car for 00. i completely redid the suspension with a complete road race setup. brakes are baer, my 02 which i actually bought for my wife was also ordered from a gm exec new. its a pewter 02 convertible with hurst shifter. it was number 3 of the 02 lingenfelter 383 conversions.
the 00 has 17,000 miles and the 02 just turner 9,000.
sig shows my other vehicles, wife drives an impala as a daily driver.
