The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Hello everyone, my name is Mike and I have a white 91 Z28. I recently moved here from Ohio for my job and am glad to have stumbled onto this site. My car is stock with a few bolt-ons and I love driving it. Do you guys and gals know of any good weekly cruise-in's or decent get togethers?

Hey Mike, welcome to the site! Where in Sterling Heights do you live? I lived in Sterling Heights for 2 years at 18.5 and Ryan Road in the condos across from the church (West side of Ryan).
Anyway, as Fred said, there's Woodward Avenue and Gratiot Avenue (opposite directions, one is West of you and one is East of you respectively) and those are good roads to just go and cruise up and down.
There's also local cruise-ins in your area too -- I'd recommend CJ Barrymores ( http://cjbarrymores.com/html/home.html ) they have a weekly cruise night on Wednesdays with a lot of good cars.
In all honesty, though, I've heard a lot of the local car shows and cruise-ins have been cancelled or attendance has shot down. Not sure if it's because it has been raining so much and crappy weather or if it's because of the gas prices. Either case, we post here on a regular basis if a group of us are going out. Keep an eye on the Meets, Cruises, and Shows section for local area stuff.
Thank you all for the warm welcome and info. I have always just went to cruisins or judged events. The cruising up and down the street is a new thing haha , we didn't have "Michigan lefts" in Ohio .
Meissen, I live right by the police station in Sterling Heights. I really like the area.
