    Hello Everyone!

I'm Doug Warren, President of the Western Michigan Camaro Club. (www.wmcamaro.org) I've been involved with WMCC for nearly 31 years, since the spring of 1975. We have a very active Club with members mostly from the west part of Michigan, but do have members from all over the state of Michigan, and even a few from as far away as Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, North Carolina and even California!

Berger Chevrolet, in Grand Rapids has been our Club sponsor for over 20 years. We are co-hosts (with the EMCC) of Camaro Superfest (www.camarosuperfest.com) and host the Berger Chevrolet All Chevy Show. We've also been involved with the Grand Rapids Autorama for many years, the Super Chevy Shows that were at US131 Dragway, and regularly attend other local car shows, as well as national scale Camaro Shows all over the country.

If you have questions about the Western Michigan Camaro Club, please feel free to e-mail me @ Our96ss@aol.com
RIP Doug,You will always be remembered

Thanks for the nice welcome, everyone! ...4LIFE, Yes, we've been to Berlin Raceway on several occasions. You may remember the black, Berger SS with the red stripes that did the huge smoke show all the way down the front stretch? He's one of our Club members. We like to have a good time!

                Western MI, really?
                Like by Houghton or Ironwood?
Or more easterly like Western Michigan University, in the Eastern Time zone?

Hey, Doug! Welcome to the site! I take it Brent has been in contact with you on my offer for forum use. Glad to see representation from one of the large Michigan clubs in the state, my goal with this site was to make it an easy place to learn about clubs in the area. In any case, welcome to the site, Doug, and be sure and check out the Member Garage section where you can make a garage for each of your fbodies in your collection. Kinda like a cardomain, but all integrated into the site.

                    Hi Brian,

Yup, Brent contacted me and said we should take a look at your website. I will spread the word to our members, so expect to see some more WMCC members drop in here in the future.

Hey, am I the oldest person here? LOL Looks to be mostly a younger crowd here, but that's good. Us old geezers won't be around forever!

Hey, 02Hawk: We are based in the greater Grand Rapids area, but have members from all over the State, and beyond.

Again, thanks for making me feel welcome!

If your WI - area members aren't familiar with the MFBA Cruises, have them check it out before May 20th.
                      http://springcruise.fallcruise.org
Anybody who shows up in an F-body is welcome on the Cruise, so of course you are also included if you wanted to make the haul. No charges, fees, or memberships required. It'd be cool to see more MI plates on the Cruise. It's the most fun I have driving all year, but I don't go to the track.

Yea I noticed. Its's pretty Cool. That picture had to have been taken at Superfest 2004. Because I got rid of the red truck shortly after that.
