MIF-body newb but not to F-bodies

Hey everyone! I'll try to tell as much about myself as possible. My name is Mike Burdick and me and the family live in Chicago, IL. The first 23 years of my life I lived in Cadillac, MI and once my schooling is done I'll be moving back. I am the father of a beautiful baby girl and the husband of my high school girlfriend.

I have had MANY cars over the years but I'm sure you're only interested in the F-bodies. In high school I had a 2.5L Firebird which was totalled thanks to our friend, black ice. A 1994 Z28 with full bolt ons, a healthy cam, and a 150 shot of nitrous. I sold the Camaro when I found out Alayna was prego to be responsible. Last month I got back in to the F-body game and bought a 1998 Z28.

I hope to see you guys at the WDC this August!

I actually don't have any pictures of my 98 Z28 yet. My truck got broken in to and they stole my camera, CD's, and head unit. I can try and paint a picture for you guys though. When the LS1 cars came out there was a really popular poster of a red SS with the silver/charcoal 10 spoke SS rims, with silver stripes. The guy that owned the car before me tried to recreate that. It looks exactly like that poster!

I won't be home for some time unfortunantly. Now that I have a nice car again I'd like to head back to MI for some car shows. The Tahoe has the Duramax ripped out at the moment because I'm cleaning up engine bay, hiding some wiring, and doing some paint work.

Its a partial 35th Anniversary clone. I would never try to pass it off as a 35th Anniversary Camaro though. I couldn't pass up the deal I got on it. I bought the vehicle in Cadillac, MI last time I was home. My brother is an ASE master tech and I had him check it over at his shop before I bought it. He gave it the OK so I shelled out $7,800 and drove it home in the snow!
