Nice! Welcome! I was in Macomb, now live between Romeo and Almont.

      2000 SS M6 Convertible here.

I'm absolutely terrible about meeting out there, but there usually is a meetup every Friday out on Woodward. We keep it VERY low key and respectful and as such don't really have any issues with gathering out there to BS and watch the cars go by.

          Thanks Dave!

Ordered a Vivid orange LT1, RS and blacked out. Black interior. On the performance side, I got the factory dual mode exhaust and I tried to order it with the CAI. Unfortunately, the CAI wasn't accepted with the order, so I'll grab a ROTOFAB w/sound tube delete for $150 less than the GM CAI.

I have future plans to get +600 hp at the tires. But, that'll be later. I like the idea of having a modern day sleeper.

And, if you read my original post, you'll see that I have a soft spot for manual cars. I designed the clutch hydraulic system for GM (as a tier 1) for 21 years. That was the job that put the Gen 6 into my head, as a future purchase. Let's say I had a goooood time evaluating the prototypes!

Sounds great Todd. I love orange! The dual mode exhaust and manual trans will be a lot of fun.
