Well, I don't see him as competition. . . He just thinks in much the same way as I do. . . Orange Terror has a Hugger Orange camaro, I have a brighter orange on mine. I win when it comes to brightness! lol I think the total is up to 4 orange camaros now. . . 3 4th gens and a 3rd gen. There could be more, but I haven't noticed them yet! Welcome to the site!

Very bad ass looking car sounds like you have a lot of power to back it up as well. Got any dyno numbers and what track did you run that time at? Just asking because I'm currently installing 5.3 heads and a cam and wanna know where I'll be at.

Nick, what color orange IS yours!!?? looks awesome! I've always wanted a orange car, and the hugger orange is not a very bright orange, but when the Camaro was finally offered in it I had to have one. Been contemplating saving up and getting a gold pearl clear shot on top of the H orange.

I made 400rwhp/387rwtq on Wheel-2-Wheel's Mustang dyno. My tuner told me that it would have been about 430rwhp on a dynojet. My best time was at Milan. I think the cam was what made the big difference with my set up. Good luck with your install...you'll be happy!

Yeah, Greg, your car is definitely the one I was thinking of. I've seen one fast as hell HO Camaro with a Berger on Woodward plenty of times haha. I'd say you've probably seen mine around, but mine wasn't finished with the new hood and such until August

Man, don't mess with that color. Hugger Orange is as "bad ass muscle car" as it gets. I looked for an HO Camaro for quite a while before I fell in love with my sunset orange SS.
By the way, where did you get your hood scoop done? What did it cost you?

                            Welcome by the way.

I just checked the thread again. . . I missed alot! Well, to answer your question, I don't really know what color mine is exactly. . . I know that my car was Polo Green from the factory. I guess the previous owner thought it was too bland. . . I'm glad he did!

My car was keyed really bad a couple of years ago so I made an insurance claim to get it painted. Since they were basically painting every panel on the car, they painted the rear tail panel and hoodscoop black for the added cost of the paint. I had it done at Autometric, and I really can't say enough about their quality and attention to detail. Sunset orange was my other choice when looking for my SS, I just happened to come across a HO first.
