Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!
If you have any problems with the registration process or your account login, please contact us!
Its really clean and has always been put away for the winter, but the interior has been roughed up pretty good. The engine bay is clean too. I fell pretty hard for the car when I saw how nice it was for its age, paid more than I should have. I tried to sell it (its technically still listed) but could get no serious offers over $4000 so I held on to it. I would like to get a 1997 with no engine or trans or a blown up engine or ridiculous miles but it has to be a hardtop. I won't buy a t-top or a convertible.
Hey Ryan! You weren't kidding about it being a while. Yeesh July! I am surprised the bot didn't delete your account. Anyhow, welcome to the Mifbody! I'm Ben. Feel free to post often!
Hey Ryan, welcome to the site! Another macomb member here, grew up at 25 and Shelby from 2nd grade through 1st year of college. Now we're over at 24 and Hayes, not far from you at all. I'm sure we've seen eachother on the road before.
Welcome! I recently sold a 1994 Cadillac Fleetwood with the LT1 and it has 297,000 miles on it and never had the valve covers or intake manifold off and did not burn or leak oil so I think your Z28 has a potential for a lot more miles.
Thanx guys for the compliments, I was pretty smitten with it at first sight too, its pretty clean for the number of years and miles on the road. I know I can get a lot more miles out of it, but I have plans for a big build, and instead of replacing everything on a car that works just fine, I'd like to serll it, buy a car that doesnt work at all for a lot less, and spend the money I saved on performance parts. There is almost nothing on a stock Camaro that I will keep when I'm done.
