I don't know if anything was done to the heads. I did not own the car when the engine was swapped. The only work I have done to it was replace ignition parts (cap, rotor, coil, wires, plugs) new alternator, and a stage one jet chip.

I can't put long tubes on this without doing extensive exhaust work. The y-pipe thats is on the car is welded to the exhaust ( except the exhaust manifolds). Plus with the pipe that is in the place of my cat the long tubes would get in the way of the starter.

Lookin good man - another '86 on the board, all right.

Throw some Edelbrock TES headers on there, pretty good package, that's what I got on my car, unless you wanna put those long tubes on there (which are even better, since long tubes rock).

Keep us informed, with lots of pics!

I drive mine every day...it sucks in deep snow, but a little isn't bad - very fun...

I'd rather not drive it in the snow, though...

very nice, I just went with shorty header and a matching Y pipe. It tucks up pretty good.
Specially now sense I lowered mine almost 2" all around.

As long as I own this camaro it will never touch snow. I live on a culdisac and we seemed to be forgotten almost all the time. My road did not get plowed until yesterday

I have a winter car anyways. It used to be my daily driver since high school (3years ago) until an envoy decided to rear end me.
Here are the pics of the accident.

It looks alot better right now since I got the frame straightened.

Yes it is a ford ( no i did not put the fart can on it, it came with it)
But this car has survived a t-bone( A 1989 pontiac bondoville pulled out in front of me) I was going 50 mph when I t-boned it.
And survived the envoy hitting me at 45 mph
