Camaro Owner!

Hey everyone!

Well i was told by a guy over on Thirdgen.org who's also a member on here that this was a good forum and some parts that i might ever need could be found here.

I have an 89 Camaro Rs. Nothing to spectacular... 305 TBI, automatic, t-top. Have a set of 4th generation wheels but need some spacers right now.

Planning on putting a 4th gen rear end, New interior, New paint Via NADC along with my body work. Also looking at building a fiberglass hood from scratch. Then haven't decided if i will keep my 305 which was fully rebuilt and only ha about 7000 miles on sense or move up to a 350. I would like to swap in a 350 TPI but its a matter of being able to find one around. What ever way i go. A set of Hooker long tubes into true duals (2.5'' if still a 305, 3'' if i move to a 350) Flowmaster super 44's. Exit out the back like stock. I'm fond of how it exits. Fully boxed suspension components are soon to come along with frame connectors. So far those are the plans to come. Hopefully it pans out well.

How many people around here from the Central Michigan area?

Heres those pics you asked for.
Day after i bought it right after i washed all the dirt off of it. By far isnt a show rig but hey im working with her. shes a project ad thats what i wanted. I don't have any recent pictures of her right now because of my dang camera But oh well. Ill see if i can take a video and then take stills out of it. She no longer has the good ol truck wheels and the rear tires that look like i was goin muddin with it.




the person who referred me to the site was BadinfluenceRS.
His 87 firebird with the 307 olds i had bought from him. I ended up taking all of the interior pieces out of that, pulled the engine and tranny and sold it to a guy in the thumb area who planned on making a racer out of it. Unfortuently if you look at craigslist you might notice the car is for sale again I hope it gets a loving owner soon and is rebuilt. Heres that.




Anyone needing Gray thirdgen Interior pieces, Let me know ill see if i have what you need. I have many parts for a firebird and camaro.

It was running fine when we pulled it out.Cleaned it up some not a ton but some. If he needs it let me know. Ill be in the lansing area on tuesday. And am awfully willing to get that and the tranny out of my garage..If he can meet me someplace or doesn't have a terribly difficult house to get to i'll throw it in the truck and bring it on down. $150 bucks for the engine and tranny Or trades... Snows coming and i need a place to park the camaro. We will need a cherry picker to get it out though.

welcome, im mike and im from mt pleasant and actually went to shepherd my sophmore year. i still have family up there but try to stay away from that town. to many damn police and i always seem to attract them, lol.
