  • Hi from Vassar!

Doing the required post, but hate to talk about myself.

My name is Karyn and I live in Mid Michigan. I currently own 3 f-bodies (I'm sure the "f" stands for firebirds )

    89 Transam 350 5 speed
86 Firebird 305 auto (going to give to my Daughter)
81 Firebird 265 auto all stock w/65,000 original miles
    Divorced my 68 Firebird

All in various stages of restoration, but all are driveable!

If I figure out how to post a pic I will put them up.

Welcome to the site, Karyn! I noticed you registered under two usernames, did you want me to get rid of the 1st one? Let me know, I can take care of that for ya. If you want, you can email me a pic of your cars and I can post them up for you in the meantime. My email is webmaster@mifbody.com Hope you enjoy the site!

Hey Karyn, I'm Ben. Nice to find another Firebird lover like me. Sound like you have a nice lineup. Can't wait to catch up with you this season.

P.S. the term "F-body" is often confusing. It is actually a category of GM's. Like the Grand National was "G Body". I think it may have to deal with the platform the car is built on like the Pontiac Solstice is built on the Zeta platfrom. Maybe that is a "Z body"? Who knows.

The "F" actually referred to the VIN having "F" in it.
