3rd gen parts mystery

I'm looking for a part...don't know what it's called. It's a black plastic piece that was used on the carb/TBI 3rd gen camaro's to fill up the opening where the hood latch is....ie, where the air filters reside on TPI cars. Anybody know what I'm talking about?

you mean as soon as you open the hood it has a hole in it around the lock up by the front nose area? according to YEARONE the set up for t.p.i. is called the air cleaner/emissions canister support. that particular set up was available on 85-92 only. hope this helps you.

No, he was talking about this Radiator filler panel.

yeah thats what i tried to find the first time but then he said on the tpi setup. i think i have an extra one left over from my 91. just so you know YEARONE don't even have that part listed.
