No. They looked ok, but I put the new ones in anyway since I had them. I can post pics of the old plugs if it'd help...sigpic

It seemed like it did. And I pushed her hard last night too. Was convinced it was fixed. Then this morning... same as before. NO improvement. I'm getting sick of this. I'm thinking I should pull these plugs and look at them too but if the old ones looked ok I doubt I'll see anything.sigpic

Well if you were convinced it was fixed, it probably was for the time being - when you have issues with a car like that, any little thing will make you question if you fixed it - so if you convinced yourself, I think it was good...for a while.
So changing plugs obviously did something to fix it for a day...Gone but not forgotten: 1986 Chevrolet Camaro IROC-Z

It could be a million things, these are pretty touchy. It could be a bad sensor, a single bad wire, crack in the cap that you cant see. You can throw a ton of money at it replacing everything and not really knowing exactly what the issue is.
Lets recap, its a hesitation you're feeling at what speeds? Consistent?
You have replaced what with new?sigpic

At this point,
Spark plugs
injectors
Fuel Filter
Fuel lines from the rail to frame in the engine compartment
IAC Valve
I did put a new fuel pump in but took it out and put the old one in so that doesn't count.
I've checked the cap and rotor and the fuel pressure reg.
It's more of a stumble or a miss rather than a hesitation. Probably around 40 - 50 mph. Seems to happen when the car is up to temp. When she's cold its not happening.sigpic

You inspected all the wires? No burns or breaks or anything that would be arching or causing the miss? How about the coil?sigpic

The coil is a fairly new MSD blaster coil (less than a year old). Nothing visably wrong with it as far as I can tell. I'll double check it tonight though to be sure. The wires are Summit Racing 8mm wires and appear to be fine (no burns or splits that i can see)...sigpic

Get up and close - I didn't realize my brother's Buick had one until I was pouring in seafoam back by the booster, when I saw arcing from one of the wires on the back bank.Originally posted by MeenZ28 View PostThe coil is a fairly new MSD blaster coil (less than a year old). Have you checked/changed your O2s?
Maybe I asked before, but are there any error codes?Gone but not forgotten: 1986 Chevrolet Camaro IROC-Z

I'll check the wires and coil more closely tonight after work.
No, there's no CES light but haven't checked if there's any codes. I'd assume if it was an actual misfire (or any kind of miss in the ignition system) it'd cause a light though. Another reason I was so convinced it was a fuel issue.
And no, the O2s I haven't replaced.sigpic
