  • Sequential Turn Signals

Check out these 3 short videos of sequential turn signals on a GTA:

I think thats pretty badass! Adds a little more KITT affect to the car (thats for you sean, wade, OT).

What do you think, should I do it?

I remember seeing a writeup on FTV6 on how to do that to 4th gen Firebirds that will work on 4th gen Camaros if you change the wiring a little. It was pretty cool.

I found a schematic once, lemme see if ican find it. That way you guys can do it for really cheap.

Edit: Here are some ways to do it in theory, I am not an electronics expert, perhaps someone can chime in as I wanted to do it a while ago.

I think you basically set up a 555 as an oscillator and a 4017 to sequence the lights.

I still cant find the schematic though.

ive done it before on a an old chevy truck i had with a custom bed.. it wasnt that hard i managed it off the stock wiring with some relays between it.. one light would in turn give a 10th second delay before powering the next in line the hazards came out funky though on it looked like a school bus..lol but looks very cool there you should do it...

I don't know Matt, it looks cool, but also kinda cheesy. I'm on the fence on these.
