does anyone know how many lbs/hour the stock 1991 5.7L tpi injectors put out and what would be a good idea to increase to so I can get a little bit of extra power? Also what is a good throttle body size is a good size to increase to? Im just looking to get a little more power/ torque out of the current motor. Also how much extra hp/tq would be increased with doing this?

I believe the 91's had 22lbs stock in the 5.7. Stock motor won't need bigger injectors.
