  • My new F Body.

Ok, it's not THAT new, I bought it back in february and have been cleaning it up a little here and there. But it was nice out over the weekend so I took some pictures and thought I'd share a little!

Very nice! If you don't mind me asking - what's the significance with the plate? Angie was asking me about that yesterday at a car show we were at -- 3 older cars in a row all had plates which were 7 numbers, no letters.

It's a historical plate, it limits how much your actually "allowed" to drive it, but it only needs to be re-registered every 10 years.

Ahhh, that makes sense. I thought historical plates don't get tags on them, though?

Historical gets them but vintage plates dont. I have a 65 plate on the bonneville and it is permanatly registered to the car with no tabs

Nice car man! Where in Fowlerville are you? My parents live on Layton Rd. I'm out there just about every weekend. I'm sure you will see me in my RS

Awesome car. Love irocs. I like eveything about it. But it could do with out that shifter. Personally.

Super clean. You don't see many with the red interior! Then again, I'm partial to red irocs!

Thanks, I live right in town, off east st. I haven't spotted you yet, but I'll keep an eye out for ya!

                        Lucky SOB

I can't remember the exact miles off the top of my head but its right around 75500 Miles, the motors got about another 10 - 15k on top of that but was rebuilt about 10k miles ago. I've just got it to a good shine is all, theres a couple clear coat spots peeling on the hood, chips at the bottoms of the doors, etc, etc. But it cleans up good enough to keep me happy until I can afford new paint!

                        Thanks Curt_Irocz!
