Can you argue that it's "revolutionary"? Perhaps. Just because it's "new" and "different" doesn't mean it's the greatest thing since sliced bread.

I disagree - my dad had his Formula freshly repainted and the first thing we did was put the decals on -- combined with the clear corners, it was the "finishing touch" on the car. Aaron, the new owner, stripped all the decals and the clear corners off and now it just looks unfinished -- but to each their own.Originally posted by 00firebird View PostIt looks really good all by itself, but over nice clean paint i would say no as well.- Brian Meissen

Who cares what anyone else thinks.. It is your car.. They are just decals, put them on.. If "YOU" decide you don't like them take them off..Originally posted by white1991rs View PostI'm not gonna do it if I'm the only one who likes the idea but I'm just wondering why everyone's so opposed.sigpic

Yup, if I did what everyone thought was cool in 2005, I would have just one more of the thousands of boring 93-97 SS clones running around with Y2k rims. Instead I went with unique - some call it gaudy, others love it. In the end I went with what I wanted to do.- Brian Meissen

I think it would look fine... It does not matter one single bit what anyone else thinks, that is unless you're building the car for them, which I assume you are not. If you like it, do it, if not, then don't. I've never asked a single person if they thought I should put something on my car(as far as cosmetics are concerned). Some people like the same 'ol thing all the time, I'm all for originality. Run it!!Pacesetter LT's, Pacesetter ORY, full MSD ign., 2 step, rear LCA's, SFC's, B&M Ripper, poly motor mounts, Nitto NT05R's, WS6 wheels, KYB AGX adj. suspension, Eibach Sprotline springs, Trickflow elbow w/K&N, All HVAC deleted w/ delete panel, no AIR, No EGR
