Welcome to the Michigan FBody Association website.
The Michigan FBody Association is a centralized website for FBody enthusiasts to discuss what's going on in the Michigan area. MiFbody.com was created to allow for an easy one-stop place to find out what's going on in Michigan as far as FBody events, to find out what clubs are available in your immediate area, and for an easy place to post classifieds for items you want to sell! Our goal was to create a more close-knit community of FBody enthusiasts in the state of Michigan, and to bring Camaro and Firebird enthusiasts alike together for some amazing FBody events!
The most important thing to know about the Michigan FBody Association is that we are NOT a club! The Michigan FBody Association is open to everyone, and is a community. Thus, we will have get togethers, casual cruises, events, and such like that, but this is not an exclusive club and it's 100% free to join this site! So what are you waiting for? Register now!
If you have any problems with the registration process or your account login, please contact us!
Ok, here's another question regarding my sons 89 rs.
He only has bright head lights, which is to say all four headlights go on, when you hit the bright lit switch, it's either all or nothing.
I would start with the switch and go from there wish u were closer I would come by and help and for the mirror eBay or thirdgen.org great info on our cars there as well

Can you argue that it's "revolutionary"? Perhaps. Just because it's "new" and "different" doesn't mean it's the greatest thing since sliced bread.

Used to live in your backyard. We spent the years at 10 & Ryan.
Work from the headlights back. If you dont own a multimeter, now would be a good time to get one. They can be pretty inexpensive. Check for voltage at the back of the headlight plug. The low beam lights should be dual filament. Its not that uncommon for both low beam filaments to burn out within a short time of each other and the high beams still work. Also check the grounds for continuity.
Ok first get multimeter, unplug headlights(low beam) check continuity to verify bulb ok, then turn on headlight switch low beam, grd minus (black) on meter to ground then check for +12 on plug to headlight. yes 12v with switch on then you have bad bulb or grd. no 12v then follow back. you need a wire diagram to trouble shoot. could be bad fuse or relay. Not familiar with 3rd gen so need to get a book at auto zone for you model and year. then follow wiring diagram.
