    I've only come across it once, some guy on thirdgen.org was doing a super trick build. The site is down right now so there may be others out there, it isn't something I've ever been interested in so I never looked.

      ive seen a few, custom hand made work though. not something bought and bolted on.
      91 Trans am, 305, Lt1 cam, 24lb injectors, headers, SLP LM2, SW chassis, massive panhard, lowered, modded TPI, Tuned, 4.10s, Lincoln locked
      85 Z28 406/th400?/3.42 4th gen disc rear/4th gen dash

          thats what im saying the hardware isnt available youll have to make your own, and its best off to use the whole harwood fiberglass racing front and use vette hinges or something

              ^ thats what i said. steel is gonna be too heavy for any kind of bracket system

                  as am i. vettes have alot more room and a less ugly subframe. if you were gonna do a full tube chassis and a revers open front thatd make a little more sense but still.

                          the mirrors are being changed this winter there are just to many 3rd gen around here need it to stand out a bit more

                            ^ there were 10 of thousands during a span of 10 years yes there were alot. but 93-02 bird mirrors work. those rims just have too much going on for a thirdgen, never been a fan but to each his own.
