86 Z28 TPI Mail Order Performance EEPROM

Has anyone ordered a performance mail order EPROM chip for their Third Gen?

I need a full custom chip burned, and not sure if there's one mail order company better than the other.
I know there's Westers Tune, and Sinister Performance, but not sure if anyone has experience with one or the other.

Ideas for mail order companies?

Sounds good. I'm getting my OBD I scanner soon, so I'll be able to data log and contact them with some good information to help with the tune.
