i'm putting some on my 85 but someone told me that i would need to make a bracket for under the car for the side ones but i took off my old ones and so far from what i can tell i would just have to drill some new holes

the holes are lined up differently i believe. i actually forgot about that which mean putting the fgx from my 85 on my 92's brackets is gonna be a pain in the arse

You will have to drill new holes.

Also the 91-92 GFX's are screwed in at the top and the bottom as well as a bolt in the front wheel well. Then there are brackets on the body in front and rear of the door that the GFX "snaps" into.
