    Gotta give credit where it is due. They have gone low 12s stock already, and most people seem to go high 12s stock. They respond very well to mods as well

            Go modularfords.com look around in there 2011 section..You will see all kinds of times for 5.0s. Hell there even a few guys only ran 13s bone stock. Shit a lot shops claim 12.4-12.6 stock then 11s with only tune and drag radials. Which i know a more then 5 have did with auto's and manuals have done that are not shop cars.


            Yep its the truth. The new 5.0 is no joke. They have already breached 500 rwhp with a H/C too, and I think comp cams is the only one focusing on them right now. Don't get me wrong, I would still buy a 5th gen over an '11 GT, but the last 20 years of being dominant has caught up to us.

                  Took the LSx world 8-10 years to get 500RWHP out of a max effort H/C motor. It took the 5.0 Coyote less than a year to get 500RWHP out of a average H/C motor.

                  Just wait until the aftermarket really explodes for the 5.0 Coyote.

                    Well working with ford and the one of the speed shop here in town ford gave them a car for the perpose of makeing it fast we made sum body parts other aftermarket company's make sum other body parts and we painted them hell you no the tungston color I was the first to paint a mustang that color just becouse ford wanted to see what it looked like then they started using It they made headers shifters diff gears exoust all kinds of shit it crazy anyway they had thee first 12 sec 05 mustang out before you could even by the car ford was so invalved it was crazy they wpuld stop by we also did a drag car for them later way cool. But my point here is that for really does so much more tha GM to have the after market parts. To make these car fun and they sell you a light weight car with a good platform that takes nothing to make fast . GM does sum of this as well but they arnt listening to us as we ask for a lighter car and more with more performance suport. I am GM all the way. But they need to suport us street and track. Guys more and cut the fat and think more performance and less bling no gps no onstar no 100 way adjustable seats that weight 500 pounds. It seems they. Want us all driving cadilacs. No thanks I want a striped down sports car with big power that is afordable.

                      As far as the 500 rwhp thing were did you get that crazyness from. People were making 1200 rwhp out of tunedpor cars as a matter of fact be has had it at milan dragway he makes aftermarket computers and does tunning ever herd of big stuff 3 yeah and there's been 9 sec lt1 for ed wright also a tunner had a NA lt1 that ran 9 sec along with others there has been several 500 rwhp cars sence the beginning. As well as LS. I meen with in the first year of the LS several people made that much power the difference. Now is that were useing. 93 octane and driving then on the street hell you can by a damn UGO and throw sum turbos on it and vwalla 500 wheel hores power. Sorry a little bit over kill on that hahahaha its all about money and what you do to it.

                              I am as well you can make 400 rwhp with a cam only in a LS1 . There was several guys that made 500 on heads and cam . And there was a guy that took a ls6 and ran if I remember rite ran 9 sec with heads and cam stock bottom end in it. It's just the technology it has nothing to do with the 5.0 being the best I do agree that it is a very powerfull engine and that it makes power very easy if gm would pull there head out of there as we can also and you have to remember these guys are changing gears and exhaust and tires and tuning as well as other things to go that fast you can get the same results with your camaro by doing the same shit. Do not underestimate the LS3 it will do the same .
