    85 camaro

    need to know what the hose that comes off my throttle body and goes to the passenger side valve cover is for..do i need it..already done the water bypass..thx

    It's part of the PCV system. Beneficial to keep.

        my pcv is on the driver side i have only seen cars with one pcv

          The valve may be, but that vent is required for the system to work properly.
