Seat belt question

What can i do to make my seat belt recoil properly?? It doesnt go back in once its pulled out right, any thoughts?

im not sure of what the part is called, and if its anything like honda's it may be under warranty... I work at honda and all the seatbelt is lifetime warranty.

coem to think of it, it may need a seatbelt retractor... thats what usually goes out if im not mistaken
