Its FIXED! Fuel Filter, Fuel PUMP, Fuel RELAY later it runs like it should... Combination of bad pump and bad relay I guess was the problem although the relay was less then 2 weeks old?? I cut the hole... I had too... There was no way I was dropping the axle the exhaust and the tank. Couple hours later jobs done. Now just need to seal the trap door after I drive it around a little bit and check for leaks. Thanks for the information guys, been a real crappy day. I took pictures too if anyone wants to see the trap door method on a 3rd gen...

Yeah it sucked The hole I cut was just like the fourth gen style but I did have to cut the metal lines, but when I have time I will post the pictures and show its really not as bad as everyone makes it sound out to be.

way to call me out! um, its still closed with duct tape, but the car has been sitting as I have not been around to drive it. I will finish it this week one night tho and will get some good pics up. I will probably do a write up for the thirdgen for this sites reference!

Looks good, dude. I can't believe the amount of rust up there on top of the gas tank.

its actually not that bad at all, completely solid. Just different color I guess, idk. I was just pleased to see the car it self was still solid under there (the floor boards) and such. Anyhow its fixed and running better then ever, I think the pump was dying for a long time or weak...
