I have a 1986 Iroc-z with the 305 TPI engine, It seem to be idling way to high. Around 1500 RPM does anyone know how i can adjust the idle? I apprecieate any responses! And thanks!

Check for vacuum leaks and leaks in/on the intake. spray starting fluid at the vacuum lines, intake, etc and if the idle raises even more you've found your leak.2005 Yamaha R6

There is a throttle plate stop screw that can be adjusted, but check to see if the throttle plates are closing all the way first (they should be). After doing this you need to reset the IAC motor also.sigpicTurbo Charged LS1/T56
