My passenger side fender is bent up alittle, which rubs on my tire when I turn it to the right. Any idea's on how to fix it?

Well I was able to bend it back for the most part. Still gonna have to replace the fender in the future. I just used a regular hammer, crowbar, and a chisel. Didn't even have to take tire off.
