            Yup, what Gary said...it's amazing what they can do to fix wheels these days...especially if they're in a painted area...

              no its on the lip and has a decent sized crack leading in towrds the painted area..

              I will get a pic tonight of it.. It dropped my spirits alot..

                        Rim should be an easy fix, but it's in the worst possible area...there may be a slight blemish there, but unless you point it out, I doubt anyone will notice it.

                        Nothing you can do for rubber though...those are probably toast.

                        Unless, just on the off chance, they happen to be the original Good Gatorback tires that came on those rims...those are definitely worth saving, regardless of condition...

                          nope hancooks, just wanted to maybe breathe life back into the rubber with armor all or something, but hoped someone had some idea to help.. any little bit will help not spend money on them..

                            No problem, bud.

                            As a quick suggestion, do not use Armor All...it has alcohol in it, and that will (over time) break down the rubber further.

                            Try a rubber reconditioner...they at least won't get any worse...

                              any thoughts on a brand?

                              I was using tire wet on my truck tires but I noticed it really did nothing for the rejuvenation of the rubber on the sidewalls
