I loosened underneath the gfx behind the rear wheel on my IROC, but I can't figure out how it comes off. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

There is a bracket that those appear to be held on by. I think they are meant to hook on but I actually broke mine trying to "finisse" mine off. Be real careful those things are old and crack real easy. -
The rear quarter ground effects?
There are two [I think] 5/32" nuts on the INSIDE of the fenders, in addition to the underside bolts you removed. Take off the interior panels, you'll see them.
