Honestly, if you own any car it's not a bad idea to have an extinguisher. I keep meaning to go out and buy one for each of my cars... JUST IN CASE.

This reminds me of my 89 T/A, Just not as bad... Last owner of that had a fire in the engine bay, but he had put it out just as fast as it started, just had burned the insulation on the hood and burned some of the wiring.1984 Firebird 2.5L SBC (Red)

a buddy of mine at school leased a 08 charger v6. just caught on fire a few weeks ago. nothin he could do but watch it burn... guess it was a wiring fire.2000 Trans Am l 1967 Firebird

yea same thing happened to a girl in one of my classes in college. she like an 05/06 mustang v6 and it caught on fire on I-275 as she was driving. she had to pull over really quick and watch it burn. she showed me pictures on her phone, it was burnt black.sigpicComment
