Found out some cool stuff.

Friday at work I looked up my vin on gm-dealerworld and it showed me a bunch of shit about my car. Heres what I remember...
700R4 tranny 4spd
3.23s in the rear
Bright Red ext.
Built entirely in CA
3.1 V6
Med. Dark Gray int.

So if any of you want to find out a bunch of shit about your car that your not sure about I can look it up for you. And yes it is a 700R4 on my V6, I'm sure of this.

ya its just a different bellhousing/case. It is different than a 700r4 for a v8.

hows your clear coat, if its origional its probably pealing. due to the car being built in CA.

well no suprisingly its not. my car only has 58,xxx miles on it. When i'm not driving it, it is in the garage. The guy before me who had it hadn't drove it for the last 3 years and it was kept covered and stored in a garage. The rear spoiler is quite faded and the clear coat actually is peeling about 1mm from the top of my front bumper and its about this wide ------. But thats it. Barely any rust underneath too.
