  • vortec head swap

just got done swappping vortec heads on my car. the thing runs great highly reccomend it if you are on a budget. can't wait to drive it. hopefully i can get off my a** and take some pictures. the whole swap cost me a bout 400.00 including the heads, intake and valve covers, gaskets, ect.
i still have to change out springs and retainers. for the planned cam swap but ill do that this winter.

Get some pics of that thing! Something better than it half torn apart in your garage, lol.

with the comp cams beehive springs for ls motors and the retainers you can get around .550 lift which is all i'll need

yeah that should be fine.. Then you can spray the hell out of it to make up for the lack of cam!
