  • Fellow 3rdgen enthusiast found

Well locally I found a fellow 3rdgen enthusiast, he has 8 3rd gens.

Ones I know for sure he has are

    87 GTA-white
    92 Vert-green with tan top-1 of 550
    91 Vert-white
    88 GTA-black

These are only the ones I got to see and hear about in the 2 hour chat with his dad. I am looking at the 87 being a possible purchase right now.

He said he is a member of thirdgen.org and fbody something.. I hope to chat more with him this week, plus he has TONS of parts for my 83 project..

Anyways wish me luck on my purchase..

    OH YEAH
I hear the verts are for sale, the green one is BEAUTIFUL..

If the verts are T/As, they're rarer than that...

I am going to talk to the actual owner this week, more about the GTA and about his collection, and yes I will hopefully get him to come join us here.
He did say he is not a huge internet person, but frequents those others some..

I will try and get pics of the cars I saw if he will let me..

I am having a dilemna guys..

              The GTA needs skins 245-50-16s
plates and INS about 300-500 and maybe have 3k in the whole car..

Should I do that or use the same cash to finish the projects I have then save up for a GTA t-top stick car..or a vert, Which is what I REALLY want..

This very tough for me, cause I have wanted a GTA for a VERY long time and this is in my price range..

Yes its a nice car for the money-has minor issues which are easily un-bolted and re-bolted back on in my eyes..

Yes I will have to drive the GTA this winter as well..

              opinions...?
